show any novice Internet user how easily it is to utilize all of the
services and tools provided on www.shupra.com.
www.shupra.com is the most
comprehensive digital photography solutions to photo Labs,
corporate, professional & novice photographers, as well as their
world-wide-web clients and users of digital photography. The site
enables photographers worldwide to securely share their photography
works with their company & their clients, allow customers to
order, forward orders to the photographers’ preferred labs and
handle all of the financial transactions
effortlessly.
Think of
www.shupra.com, as a one-stop shop for all of your digital
photography needs. We provide the professional printing labs &
photographers with innovative solutions and tools to streamline
their operations, reduce their costs and enhance their profits.
Shupra.com empowers
labs & corporate photographers by enabling them to easily manage
their menial tasks online. Furthermore Shupra.com gives
photographers a modern and a simple method to upload & vend
their services to their clients, while satisfying the customer
needs, utilizing a streamlined process of photo sharing, selection,
and print delivery.
Our goal is to fulfill
all of the professional photographers & labs business needs. Our
motto is “photographers take the photos, we do the rest”. Labs and
corporate accounts can effortlessly manage their staff, tasks &
daily processes online. Meanwhile, we offer photographers remarkable
time saving solutions. Photographers can simply utilize our
application to upload all of their photos with one click and then
invite their customers to place orders online. Shupra.com takes care
of the tedious tasks of order taking, collecting charges,
documenting finances, lab-work, delivery & notification and
detailed reporting. We allow the digital photographers to be more
productive by eliminating their menial work.
Shupra offers secure
online transactions & interaction with all of its customers.
Once photographers invite their clients to www.shupra.com, the
customers log into our site, and then they can easily & securely
view their online albums, invite family & friends, share, edit
and securely use their credit cards to purchase their photos.
Consumers should feel safe that Shupra utilized 128bit SSL
encryption (clients will see a Lock on the bottom right of their Web
Browser to indicate that the credit card info entered is encrypted
and secured). Clients can also submit photos that need editing,
red-eye removal, and brightness & contrast adjustments for a
nominal fee. Shupra utilizes the latest encryption and security
technologies, to protect customers’ privacy. Our preferred labs are
extremely time conscience and responsive to the customers’ needs.

To register as a
photographer on www.shupra.com, the photographer clicks on the
“Photographer Registration” tab. Then selects a plan, fills in all
of the fields proceeded by an asterisk and clicks “Next”. Then, on
the confirmation page, the photographer can click “Back” to go back
and correct any errors, or click “Save Photographer’s Detail” to
complete the registration create the account.
Once the photographer
account is created, the photographer can proceed & login into
their account and utilize our services.
To login into the
photographer’s account from the www.shupra.com home page, the
photographer enters the same email address that they used in the
registration process as the “User Name” & similarly the same
password created during the registration process as the “Password”,
and then clicks go.
The photographer’s
home page has several functionalities as listed
below:
This is the
photographer’s home page.
At anytime, once a photographer is logged on
www.shupra.com, if they wish to come
back to this page, all they have to do is click the top left
“SHUPRA” Logo.
Once a photographer
creates an album, he or she can then view & order their own
photos from that album by clicking on the album name listed under
the “Album Name/ View & Order Photos” field.
For example, if the
photographer had created an album called Fred, then the photographer
clicks on the Album Name Fred, the “Fred’s Photo Album” page will be
displayed. In that page, the photographer can click on the small
square at the bottom right of each photo to select & order that
photo. Or, click on “Check All” if the photographer would like to
select & order all of the photos displayed on that page. Then,
the photographer would Click “Place Order” to order the selected
photos. Then, the photographer will be taken to the “Select Photo
Sizes & Quantity” page, where the photographer enters a number
under the “Quantity” field for each photo size to be ordered. Next,
clicks “Add To Cart” to proceed with the
order.
Next, the photographer
will see the page “My Cart”, where the details of the order will be
listed. From this page, the photographer can delete some or all of
the selected photos from the order. The photographer clicks on
“Proceed to Checkout” once he or she is ready to continue with the
order. Next, the “Billing & shipping Details” page will be
displayed, where the photographers enter their personal contact
information, and check the box “Shipping Address Same as Billing
Address“ if that is the case, then click “Proceed to Checkout” to
continue with the order.
Now, the confirmation
page called “Confirm Order Details” will be displayed. Here, the
photographer verifies all of the order details and clicks “Place
Order” to proceed, or clicks “Back” to go back and change the
contact information, or “Cancel Order” to cancel the order
completely and go back to the photographer’s home
page.
Once the “Place Order
“ button is clicked, the photographer is taken to the final order
page called “Secure Credit Card Details “, where the credit card
information is required to complete the order. The information entered on
this page is secured utilizing 128bit SSL encryption. Once that
information is entered and the photographer clicks only
ONCE on “Charge My Credit Card” (there might be over a
minute delay in processing the order; to avoid double charges,
please do not refresh or click the charge button again), the order
will be placed and the credit card will be charged and a
confirmation page with an order number & details will be
displayed.
To upload additional
photos to any album, Photographers can click on “Upload” across from
the desired album, and accept the pop up license confirmation page,
in order to allow www.shupra.com to upload from your pc
to our site. Then, the
photographer can click on “Add” to upload the photos. A pop up screen will show
the photographer’s drives.
The photographer selects the photos to be uploaded and then
press ok. The photos
filenames will be listed on the Shupra upload page, and then they
are loaded when the “Upload” button is
clicked.
By default the
thumbnails are uploaded. Photographers have the choice to upload the
entire image. Shupra recommends uploading the thumbnails first, and
when an order is placed, the photographer can then upload the full
image in order for the lab to print from the full image
file.
To edit the album’s
details (i.e. Album’s password, name, description or discount rate),
photographers can click on “Edit” across from the Album name, and
then make the desired changes to that Album. Once the photographer
changes the Album Details and clicks on “Next” the “Confirm Album
Details Changes” page is displayed, where the photographer can click
on “Back” to go back and make any necessary corrections or click on
“Update Album” to make the changes permanent.
From their home page,
the photographers can create a new album by clicking on the “Create
An Album” tab. Then, the photographers will need to fill in the
required & optional fields and click “Next”. Then, the create
album confirmation page will be displayed where the photographers
can either click on “Back” to go back and make any necessary
corrections or click on “Create Album” to confirm & create the
new album.
Photographers can
click on the “Invite Your Clients” tab from their home page to
invite anyone to view & securely order photos. Once at the
Invite Your clients page, photographers choose which albums the
clients should see, by checking the box across from the specific
album name, and then entering the email addresses of the invited
clients in the appropriate box, then clicking “Next”. Then, the
photographers will see the “invite Your Clients” confirmation page,
where once they click on “Invite Clients” an email will be sent to
the invited clients to logon to www.shupra.com, to view &
securely order their photos.
Photographers
can also click on the “back” button, to go back and correct any
entry, if they notice an error on that confirmation
page.
Photographers can edit
their account information by clicking on “My Account”, from their
home page.
Photographers can
change & update their password and contact information
(Password, Name, Address, phone…etc.) by clicking on “Update Account
details” from the “My Account” page. After making the changes,
photographers click “next” to go to the confirmation page below.
Once the entries are verified, photographers can click on “Update
Photographer Details” to confirm and make the changes permanent.
Photographers can also click “Back” to make additional changes or to
correct errors.

The
lab offers various print sizes listed in the “Select Size”
scroll down field. Photographers have the option of increasing
the print cost of any or all of the print sizes offered by
their lab. Our system will recognize these increases and
allocate the shares accordingly. Once a month, we send out
checks to all photographers and labs. Photographer’s checks
will reflect their share of the profits from any online
orders.
To
add photo sizes, select a photo size form the “Select Size”
scroll down field, then click the “Add” Button and then edit
the price in the “Unit Price” field. To delete a photo size,
click the “Delete” button on the same row of the photo size to
be deleted. Click “Update” to confirm & save your
selections.

Photographers can
search & update the orders or send orders to the lab, by
clicking on “Reports” from their home page.
Photographers can
search for clients’ orders and update the status of those orders by
clicking on “Search Orders” from the “Reports”
page.
From the Search Orders
Page, the photographer can search for any order by date or by order
number. Also, the
photographer can change the status of any order to one of the
following three choices:

Assigned: Orders have
been assigned to the lab
·
Processing: Orders are
being processed by the Lab
·
Completed: The lab has
printed & shipped the orders to the
clients
Enter
the “Order id” that you received in the order e-mail and click
“Send To Lab” to send the order to your default
lab.
The photographer can
search for any particular album by entering any info about that
album in the field “Album Search” then clicking “Go”.
The photographer can
see the contents of the car by clicking on the “Cart”
tab.
The photographers
should sign out whenever they are done with their work on www.shupra.com by clicking on the
“Sign Out” tab.
Photographers
and/or Labs can either request to Integrate their existing website
within Shupra.com and thereby utilize our E-Commerce solutions, or
request from our web designers to build a brand new exciting &
versatile website for only $199.00.
To
get to the Website Development page, users can click on the link at
the bottom left of Shupra’s home page.
To
request Shupra to build a new website, users click on “Build My
Website” Link from the Website Development page. Then, users select
the design template that they are fond of by clicking on the Order
button below each template. That will take them to their selected
template page, where they have to enter their personal information
and their website requirements including their new domain name. Once
they complete entering their personal & website information,
users click on submit request. That will take users to the
confirmation page, where users can make corrections and resubmit.
Users are encouraged to enter as much details as possible. Our
designers will send you a sample version of your new website for
your approval prior pushing your website live.
Finally,
if all the information is correct, users click on confirm order to
be taken to the secure credit card page. A pop up will come up on
the user’s screen informing them that they are entering a secure
page, as well as a Lock symbol will be displayed at the bottom right
of their web browser to indicate that this is transaction will be a
secure and encrypted. Shupra uses 128bit SSL encryption in all of
the financial transactions that occur on www.shupra.com.
To
request Shupra to integrate an existing website, users click on the
email link “Integrate My Website” from the Website Development page.
This will open up the users default email program to send an email
request to Shupra’s web designers at webmaster@shupra.com. Users are
encouraged to put in “Integrate My Website” in the subject field,
and as much details as possible about the request in the body of the
email. Shupra’s design team will respond to all requests within 48
hours.
To offer
their clients their own brand name Ecommerce solution utilizing our
services, labs will need to complete the URL field on the
registration page. This will make our site look like a continuation
of the lab’s own website. Labs must complete the URL field on the
registration page & by following the instructions exactly as
explained in the help text and here:
In order for
lab to get their company name banner on our pages, labs must
complete the “URL” field on the registration page by entering their
website’s URL address (example: http://www.fredphotolab.com), and
then add up to two URL links on their own website (one for your Pro
Photographers & the other for your own consumer clients). These
URL links will be used by the pro-photographers and/or consumer
clients as an entry point link from the lab’s website to our
website, while showing the lab’s brand name on our pages. The
Photographer’s link will be used by the lab’s photographers to sign
up, register, create albums, upload photos, and to invite their
clients to view & order their photos online. The Pro
Photographers can in turn create a URL link on their websites to
allow their consumer clients to access their works online. Once a
pro Photographer is registered through a specific lab they can not
switch labs. All of registered pro photographer’s client’s orders
will come directly to the registered lab that the photographer
registered through. If you the lab; operate a studio as well, then
you would want to post & sell your works online. In that case,
you would need to create a second URL link on your website for your
consumer clients. The consumer URL link on your website would take
your clients to their albums & photos to view and buy online.
The format of the URL links to be added on your website must be as
follows:

operate a studio as well):

Important:
You must replace the email address in the above link from
fred@fredstudio.com to your own email address. Remember to enter
your email address right after the = sign. This link must be exactly
as shown, otherwise you will not get your company Branding nor
receive email notifications of placed orders. Once you setup this,
your clients coming in through your website’s newly created URL link
will see your brand name on all of our pages.
The registration page
is secured & utilizes 128bit SSL encryption. The Lock icon on
the web browser’s bottom right will confirm that. All credit card
info will be encrypted during the transmission of this registration.
After the credit card info is entered, we will not charge the credit
card for the first 30 days (free 30 day trial is automatically
offered). Thereafter, a recurring billing charge will be processed
every month, unless the lab opts to cancel at anytime. To cancel,
the lab will need to log on to our site, and click on “Cancel My
membership”. To avoid being charged for the new month cycle, Labs
are encouraged to cancel before their current 30 day cycle ends, and
the new cycle begins. All fields proceeded by an asterisk (*) must
be filled. Fields without an asterisk are
optional.
Labs can register on
www.shupra.com by simply clicking on the “Lab Registration” tab from
Shupra’s home page. Once a lab registers and clicks on “Next”, the
“Confirm Lab Registration Details” page is displayed. The lab
reviews the registration entries, and clicks “Back” to go back and
make corrections, or clicks “Save Lab Details” to create their
account.
To login into the
lab’s account from the www.shupra.com home page, the lab enters the
same email address that they used in the registration process as the
“User Name” & similarly the same password created during the
registration process as their “Password”, and then clicks
go.
The lab’s home page is
the “My Account” page, which has several functionalities as listed
below:
Once a lab logs into
www.shupra.com, the user is taken to
the lab home page, which is the “My Account”
page.
From the lab’s home
page, the user can update the lab’s account password or contact
information by clicking on the “Update Account Details” tab. Once at
the “Update Account Details” page, the user can change any of the
contact information, and then click on the “Next” tab, or the user
can change the password for this account by clicking on the “Change
Password” link at the top of the “Update Account Details” page. Once
the user updates the contact info and clicks “Next”, the “Confirm
Updated Account Details” page will be displayed. From that page the
user confirms the details and clicks the “Update Lab Details” button
to submit the changes. A final confirmation page will be displayed
informing the user that the lab account details changes were
successfully implemented.
To change the password
of the Lab, the user clicks on the “Change Password” link at the top
of the “Update Account Details” page. A “Change Password” pop up
will be displayed, where the user enters the old password and the
new password twice to confirm, and then clicks on the “Change
Password” button. Else, the user can cancel their change password
request by just closing the pop up screen by clicking on the “Close”
button. Once the password is changed properly, and the user clicks
on the “Change Password” button, a confirmation pop up will be
displayed stating, “Password changed
Successfully”.
To update the lab
printing pricing for all of the photo sizes offered, click on the
“Update Printing Rates” from the lab’s home page “My Account”. To
add new photo sizes, the user selects a photo size form the scroll
down “Select Size” field, then the user clicks the “Add” Button and
then edits the price in the “Unit Price” field across from the newly
created photo size. To delete a photo size, the user clicks the
“Delete” button across from the photo size to be deleted. Click
“Update” to confirm & save the new changes. Click “Set Shipping
Prices” to go to the next screen and set your customized shipping
rates.
Shupra offers print
labs the ability to customize their shipping rates per range of
quantities of each photo-size sold. Labs need the flexibility to
charge different shipping rates depending on the number of photos
ordered.
First, add your photo
sizes form the scroll down “Select Size” field, then click the “Add”
Button
Second, fill in the
“Start Qty” & “End Qty” fields. These are the range of
quantities for each shipping method. (i.e. to setup the quantities
of a 3x5 photo-size, you could enter 1 for Start Qty and 24 for End
Qty and across from that enter the prices for each of your available
shipping methods. Then, repeat this step, if you want to add
different quantities for the same or a different photo-size, and so
on…).
Third, click “Update”
to confirm & save your changes. Click the “Delete” button across
from photo size to be deleted. Click “Submit” once you are
done.
Labs can view
different types of reports by clicking on the “Reports” tab from
their “My Account” Home page.
Labs can click on
“Search & Update Orders Status” from their “Reports” page to
search for client’s orders and/or to update the status of a specific
order. Once at the “Search & Update Orders Status” page, the
user can search for an order, by filling in the order dates or the
order number fields and clicking on the “Search Orders” tab. Also,
to change the status of an order, the user can enter the order
number in the “Order Number” field, then choose one of the three
scroll down options in the “Select Order Status” field (Assigned,
Completed or Processing) and click “Update” to update that
particular account with the new order status.
Labs can click on the
“Financial Distribution Report “ from their “Reports” page, to view
their financial reports details.
Click here to view a
list of photographers that selected your lab as their preferred
default lab.
Albums older than 90
days from the date of upload and posting will be listed here.
Currently we charge a one tme $5.00 fee for each album renewal. The
renewal id for another 90 days of online posting. Labs can select
the album that they want to renew for their clients and click
“submit”. Our system will charge the Lab’s account
accordingly.
Labs can view a list
of all the previously renewed albums by clicking on Renewed albums
from the reports menu.
The invited clients
can click on the “Invited Clients Registration” tab from the
www.shupra.com home page, to start the registration process. Once
the clients are at the “Invited Clients Registration” page, All
fields proceeded by an asterisk (*) must be filled. The “Email”
field entry MUST be the same email as the one that received the
initial invitation from Shupra & the client’s photographer.
Then, clients click “Next” to proceed. The confirmation page will be
displayed, and the client can click “Save” to confirm the displayed
details and to create their account, or click “back” to go back to
the previous screen and make the necessary
corrections.
Once the registration
process is completed, the invited client will be able to logon to
the www.shupra.com from the home page, by entering their email
address in the “User Name” field, and entering the newly created
password in the “Password” field, then clicking
“Go”.
Labs &
photographers can invite their customers to securely view, share,
and purchase their photos online at www.shupra.com. Once the
photographer or the lab invites their clients, Shupra sends an email
to those clients inviting them to view, share & purchase their
photos. Invited clients can also in turn invite their friends &
relatives to do the same.
The invited clients
will be able to logon to the www.shupra.com from the home page, by
entering their email address in the “User Name” field, and entering
their newly created password from the registration process, in the
“Password” field and then clicking “Go”.
Once logged on
www.shupra.com, the invited clients will be sent to their home page,
also known as “My Photo Gallery”. From this page, clients can click
on an Album Name to view & securely order their photos, or click
on “Invite Your Friends” to invite others to view & order the
client’s photos. Clients can also edit their profiles, search for
photographers, sign out and view their cart from their home
page.
Clients can invite
their relatives & friends to view & securely order photos by
clicking on the “Invite Your Friends” tab, from their home page.
Once the clients are at the “Invite Your Friends” page, they can
click on an album(s) to select it, and then enter the email(s) of
their friends and relatives that they wish to invite and then click
on “Next”. The next screen will be the confirmation page of the
invitation, where clients review the details of the invitation.
Clients can click on “Back” to go back and make the necessary
corrections, or click on “Invite Clients” to confirm the details
& send the invitations, which at that time an email from
www.shupra.com will be sent to all the invitees.
Clients can edit their
profile by clicking on the “Edit Profile” tab from their home page.
Once at the “Edit Profile” page, clients can change their passwords
by clicking on the “Change Password” link, or modify any of the
fields and clicking on “Next”. Once the client changes any of the
details and clicks on “Next”, the “Edit Profile Confirmation” page
will be displayed. At that screen clients can click on “Save” to
confirm & save the changes, or click “Back” to go back and make
corrections.
Invited Clients can
change their passwords by clicking on the “Change Password” link
from the “Edit Profile” page. Once clients click on “Change
Password”, a change password pop up window appears. Clients can cancel this
operation by clicking on the “Close Window” tab, or they can enter
their old password & the new password twice and then click on
the “Change Password” tab to confirm and save the changes, which
then a confirmation pop up “Password Changed Successfully” will be
displayed.
Invited Clients can
change their passwords by clicking on the “Change Password” link
from the “Edit Profile” page. Once clients click on “Change
Password”, a change password pop up window appears. Clients can
cancel this operation by clicking on the “Close Window” tab, or they
can enter their old password & the new password twice and then
click on the “Change Password” tab to confirm and save the changes,
which then a confirmation pop up “Password Changed Successfully”
will be displayed.
Once clients click on
the “Proceed To Checkout” tab, the “Billing & shipping Details”
page is displayed, where clients will be required to fill in all of
the fields proceeded by an asterisk. Clients can click on “Shipping
Address Same As Billing Address” box, to make the shipping address
details the same as the billing. Once all required fields are filled
in, clients click on the “Proceed to Checkout” tab, to proceed to
the confirmation page.
Clients can click
“back” to go back and make corrections, or click “Cancel” to cancel
the order, or review & then confirm their order details by
clicking on the “Place Order” tab, on the “Confirm Order Details”
page.
www.shupra.com greatly respects the
clients’ security & privacy. Clients can rest assure that
Shupra implements the highest security & encryption tools to
prevent any malicious use.
All credit card information is encrypted utilizing 128bit SSL
encryption. Clients can
enter their credit card details on the “Secure Credit Card Details”
page, then click only ONCE on the “Charge My Credit
Card” tab. Clients are advised not to click more than once or
refresh their screens while waiting on the confirmation of the
order, in order to avoid double charges. There could be delays of
over 1 minute in processing the order, due to network, ISP
connection or awaiting authorization from the credit card merchant
account.
To sign out of www.shupra.com , users can click on
the “Sign Out” tab, from their home page.
This page is reserved
for www.shupra.com administrators
only.
Users can request a
new password by simply clicking on the “Forgot Your Password?” Link,
from the www.shupra.com home page. The users are then prompted
to enter the email that they signed up with the first time they
registered on
www.shupra.com, then click on the
"New Password" tab to get the new password emailed to
them.

Shupra is committed to
a safe and secure customer interaction. All users will have a
password-protected account that will protect their individual
account. Only registered photographers, their company administrators
and clients and the Shupra administrators will have access to an
individual account. Photographers & Clients can rest assure that
they can safely & securely upload & share photos, place
orders and invite their friends and family to do the same.
Customers are
discouraged from sharing their passwords with anyone.
Shupra does not share
your photos or any part of your account information with anyone or
provide information about you or your photos, unless you explicitly
give us permission to do so or as a requirement to satisfy any law,
regulation, governmental request, or judicial order.
Shupra emails all of
the people you invite to view/share/order from your albums and
photos. The recipients of your album invitations will be required to
register & sign in with their own account login to view your
photos. Also, those invitees will be able to invite others and so
on…
Personal
Information
Except as described in
the privacy statement, Shupra uses your personal information to do
business with you, as well as to verify your identity as a
registered Shupra client for access to your portal/albums/photos,
and for the delivery of all materials to you. In the future, only
with your explicit authorization, your personal information may be
rented or shared with partners or other businesses that may market
their products to you. Shupra will always offer the option to "opt
out" of any such arrangement as described below.
Furthermore, to create
your account or to place orders on the Shupra Site, you will be
asked to provide certain personal information such as your name,
telephone number, mailing and e-mail addresses, and in the case of
customers that wish to place orders; financial information will be
needed such as a valid credit card number and its expiration date.
We will have to use this information to process those orders and to
make proper notifications as to the status of the orders to the
photographers, labs, and customers. This information will be shared
with those persons necessary to process your order. For example,
your financial information may be shared with the banking
institution that issued your credit card.
We may also ask you
for your personal information and/or information about your
photography preferences and usage, in order for you to receive
special promotional offers from Shupra and its affiliates, and to
register you for possible future promotions, contests or
sweepstakes. We may use this information to make improvements on our
site, offer new products, or to personalize & customize your
experience on the Shupra web site. In all cases, we will not share
your personal information with any third party without your
expressed permission or the option to “opt out”.
Shupra will utilize
data mining and forecasting analysis that utilizes aggregate
non-personal information for statistical analysis of user behavior,
product development, content improvement, and marketing promotional
and advertising purposes. This will greatly enhance our site,

Shupra may analyze
Internet Protocol (IP) addresses in the aggregate for system

along with your order to help us identify fraudulent credit card
use. We may share this information with the financial institution
that issued the credit card used to place an order, or with law
enforcement authorities if we determine, or are notified, that the
use of the credit card was fraudulent.

along with your Shupra User ID. This is done to ensure that the
affiliate receives proper credit for any subsequent order you might

responsible for any photos that are uploaded by photographers, labs,
and their clients. Shupra reserves the right to remove any
objectionable photo. Shupra will also remove any photos that are
pornographic, illegal, drug related and obscene, as well as delete
the account responsible for uploading such photos. Shupra will fully
cooperate with all police & law enforcement agencies by sharing
all info available to Shupra about any perpetrators of illegal

Opting Out
The Shupra Site
