join www.shupra.com.

| Shupra is committed to a safe and secure
customer interaction. All users will have a password-protected account that
will protect their individual account. Only registered photographers, their
company administrators and clients and the shupra administrators will have
access to an individual account. Photographers & Clients can rest assure
that they can safely & securely upload & share photos, place orders and
invite their friends and family to do the same. Customers are discouraged from
sharing their passwords with anyone.

| Shupra does not share your photos or any
part of your account information with anyone or provide information about you
or your photos, unless you explicitly give us permission to do so or as a
requirement to satisfy any law, regulation, governmental request, or judicial
order.

| Shupra emails all of the
people you invite to view/share/order from your albums and photos. The
recipients of your album invitations will be required to register & sign in
with their own account login to view your photos. Also, those invitees will be
able to invite others and so on…

Personal Information

| Except
as described in the privacy statement, Shupra uses your personal information to
do business with you, as well as to verify your identity as a registered Shupra
client for access to your portal/albums/photos, and for the delivery of all
materials to you. In the future, only with your explicit authorization, your
personal information may be rented or shared with partners or other businesses
that may market their products to you. Shupra will always offer the option to
"opt out" of any such arrangement as described below.

| Furthermore, to create your account or
to place orders on the Shupra Site, you will be asked to provide certain
personal information such as your name, telephone number, mailing and e-mail
addresses, and in the case of customers that wish to place orders; financial
information will be needed such as a valid credit card number and its
expiration date. We will have to use this information to process those orders
and to make proper notifications as to the status of the orders to the
photographers, labs, and customers. This information will be shared with those
persons necessary to process your order. For example, your financial
information may be shared with the banking institution that issued your credit
card.

| We may also ask you for your personal
information and/or information about your photography preferences and usage, in
order for you to receive special promotional offers from shupra and its
affiliates, and to register you for possible future promotions, contests or
sweepstakes. We may use this information to make improvements on our site,
offer new products, or to personalize & customize your experience on the
Shupra web site. In all cases, we will not share your personal information with
any third party without your expressed permission or the option to “opt out”.

| Shupra will utilize data mining and
forecasting analysis that utilizes aggregate non-personal information for
statistical analysis of user behavior, product development, content
improvement, and marketing promotional and advertising purposes. This will
greatly enhance our site, services and your overall satisfaction. We may also
make aggregate non-personal information available to third parties. Shupra will
always provide a Privacy Policy link anytime you are asked to provide personal
information on our site.

| Shupra may analyze Internet Protocol
(IP) addresses in the aggregate for system administration purposes. We do not
link IP addresses to your Shupra User ID, with the following exception: when
you place an order using our online checkout process we may record your
computer's IP address along with your order to help us identify fraudulent
credit card use. We may share this information with the financial institution
that issued the credit card used to place an order, or with law enforcement
authorities if we determine, or are notified, that the use of the credit card
was fraudulent.

| Once you get to our site by clicking a
link or a banner ad on one of our affiliate web sites, we will store the ID of
the affiliate site in our database along with your Shupra User ID. This is done
to ensure that the affiliate receives proper credit for any subsequent order
you might place. We may also use this information in conjunction with your
activities on our site to help us identify what offers and services may be of
interest to you. Your personal information will not be shared with any
affiliate without your express consent.

| We may share your personal information
with those companies that assist us in providing our service to you. We may
share your credit card information with a financial institution to affect your
purchase of our products using your credit card. We may share personal
information (not including credit card information) with third parties that
assist us with the administration of our newsletters or contests or that help
us understand the results of particular surveys we may perform. We may also
engage third parties to assist us by tracking the number of visitors to the
Shupra Site that have "clicked-through" from specified promotions on third
party web sites and those visitors' activities on the Shupra Site. We may also
choose to offer certain third party products through the Shupra Site and may
disclose certain portions of your personal information (not including credit
card information) to allow those product producers to fulfill your product

affiliate web sites. To the extent you take advantage of Shupra's services
through any affiliate web sites, Shupra's use of your information will be

Please be sure to review the applicable policy if you use Shupra's services
through an affiliate site or co-branded site. Shupra is not responsible for the
privacy practices or the content of the affiliate or co-branded web

information secure is vitally important to us. We urge you not to disclose your
personal information or password to anyone. The Shupra Site has security
measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of the
information under our control. Financial information is transferred between
client and Shupra web server using a public/private key encryption method using
a certificate authority. We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic,
and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect
online. Access to data is limited to Shupra’s authorized staff members. Web
security and security procedures are reviewed and updated to ensure data
protection.

| Please keep in mind that whenever you
voluntarily disclose personal information online, that information may be
collected and used by others. If you post personal information online in a
place that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages
from other parties. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or
any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we
strive to protect your personal information, Shupra cannot ensure or warrant
the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own
risk. However, once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to
ensure its security on our systems. Ultimately, you are solely responsible for
maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and/or any financial information. If
you request a password reminder from Shupra, it will be emailed in plain text
to the email address you have provided to us. Please be careful and responsible
whenever you send information online.

| Shupra is not responsible for any photos
that are uploaded by photographers, labs, and consumers. Shupra reserves the
right to remove any objectionable photo. Shupra will also remove any photos
that are pornographic, illegal, drug related and obscene, as well as delete the
account responsible for uploading such photos. Shupra will fully cooperate with
all police & law enforcement agencies by sharing all info available to
shupra about any perpetrators of illegal activities on the www.shupra.com web
site. Shupra will facilitate & condone the uploading of photos that are
legal, family functions, business & nature related.

Opting Out
|
| The Shupra Site provides you with the
opportunity to opt-out of having your information used for purposes not related
to our site at the point where we ask for the information. Additionally, you
may also opt-out of receiving newsletters and other communications from us,
excluding email concerning your account. You can discontinue your receipt of
such newsletters and communications in the "Account Settings" portion of the
"Your Account" section of the Shupra Site or you can send an email with your
request to admin@shupra.com
