Shupra’s Pricing for Labs:

Shupra charges Labs 7.5% per transaction + $50 /month. No other fees whatsoever.

Basically, we keep 7.5% of the total of any orders. We then send out checks once a month to distribute the money to the Photographers and Labs, each according to their share.

There is no obligation or contracts to sign. Labs may cancel at anytime before the end of their current paid in advance month.

Shupra is offering a free 30 day trial. On the Lab registration page, labs must enter their credit card info, however, since we have the free 30 day trail offer, the lab’s credit card will not be charged for 30 days. Thereafter, a recurring billing charge will be processed every month, unless the lab opts to cancel at anytime

EXAMPLE:

A consumer client places an order for $100.00.

We divide the shares accordingly and mail out checks once a month:

Photographer’s Share: $100 – (Lab’s Share= print, shipping & handling cost) – (Shupra’s Share= < U> 7.5%x$100)

Lab’s Share: $100 – (Shupra’s Share= $7.50)  - (Photographer’s Share= The increased photo print cost that the photographer adds on top of the Lab’s print prices*)

Shupra’s Share: 7.5% x $100 = $7.50

*Photographers can increase the print prices charged by the lab for the various photo sizes. Our system will recognize that and will distribute the money accordingly

There is no obligation or contracts to sign. Photographers may cancel and stop utilizing our services at anytime.

Option B Example:

A consumer client places an order for $100.00.

We divide the shares accordingly and mail out checks once a month:

Photographer’s Share: $100 – (Lab’s Share= print, shipping & handling cost) – (Shupra’s Share= 9%x$100)

Lab’s Share: $100 – (Photographer’s Share= The increased photo print cost that the photographer adds on top of the Lab’s print prices*)

Shupra’s Share: 9% x $100 = $9.00 taken from the Photographer’s share, therefore photographers must increase the print prices in order to make a profit on every order. Else, photographers will be billed for Shupra’s 9% on every order.
